Services may be updated or amended from time to time.

WEBSITE DESIGN

We build websites with no upfront design fee.

Instead of charging an initial website build cost, customers subscribe to one of our hosting plans which includes ongoing hosting and maintenance.

All websites remain subject to these Terms.

PRICING

Current pricing is as follows:

Website Hosting (Monthly)

  • £18.00 per month

Includes:

  • Website hosting
  • SSL certificate
  • Website maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Technical support

Website Hosting (Annual)

  • £150.00 per year

Includes the same services as the monthly plan.

Domain Names

Available from £9.00 per year.

Domain pricing varies depending on the chosen extension (.co.uk, .com, .uk etc.).

Domain renewal fees apply annually.

Business Email Hosting

From £5.00 per month.

Business email plans include professional email addresses using your chosen domain name.

NO MINIMUM CONTRACT

There is no minimum contract term.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

PAYMENTS

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

Monthly subscriptions renew every month until cancelled.

Annual subscriptions renew every twelve months until cancelled.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

WEBSITE HOSTING

Your hosting subscription includes:

  • Secure hosting
  • Website maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Security monitoring
  • SSL certificate
  • Technical maintenance

Hosting does not include significant redesigns or additional functionality unless agreed separately.

WEBSITE CHANGES

Reasonable content updates may be included depending on your hosting plan.

Examples include:

  • Updating text
  • Replacing images
  • Updating opening hours
  • Contact information
  • Small content amendments

Major redesigns, additional pages or new functionality may incur additional charges.

DOMAIN NAMES

Where we register a domain on your behalf:

  • The domain remains assigned to your business.
  • Annual renewal fees apply.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your renewal payments remain up to date.

Failure to renew a domain may result in loss of ownership.

We cannot guarantee availability of any domain name.

BUSINESS EMAIL

Business email hosting is provided as an optional service.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Password security
  • Appropriate use
  • Managing mailbox storage

We reserve the right to suspend email services where misuse or illegal activity occurs.

TRANSFERRING YOUR WEBSITE

Customers are free to move their website to another hosting provider at any time.

Where a customer requests their website files, database or migration assistance, a one-time administration fee of £99.00 applies.

This fee covers:

  • Preparing website files
  • Exporting databases
  • Removing platform dependencies where applicable
  • Administrative processing
  • Transfer support

This fee does not prevent customers from cancelling their hosting subscription.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that:

  • All information supplied is accurate.
  • You own or have permission to use any images, logos and content provided.
  • Your website content complies with UK law.
  • You will not use the website for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Content created specifically for your business becomes yours once published, except where third-party licences apply (such as stock photography, fonts, plugins or software).

We retain ownership of:

  • Internal systems
  • Development methods
  • Proprietary templates
  • Software
  • Processes used to deliver the service

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use our services to publish or distribute:

  • Illegal material
  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Malicious software
  • Spam
  • Hate speech
  • Fraudulent content
  • Adult content prohibited by law

We reserve the right to suspend services where necessary.

SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

We may suspend or terminate services where:

  • Payments remain outstanding
  • These Terms are breached
  • Illegal activity is suspected
  • The service is abused

CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.

Upon cancellation:

  • Hosting services end at the end of the paid period
  • Your website may be taken offline
  • Website files may be permanently deleted after 30 days unless a transfer request has been made

REFUND POLICY

As website design is provided without an upfront charge and work begins shortly after onboarding, payments made for hosting, domains, email hosting and other services are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Domain registrations cannot usually be refunded once registered.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide reliable hosting services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Occasional downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Third-party providers
  • Internet outages
  • Circumstances beyond our control

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, business interruption or data arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the previous twelve months.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with third parties including:

  • Domain registrars
  • Payment providers
  • Email providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Marketing platforms

We are not responsible for failures or outages caused by third-party services.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
